About Our Products & Brand Partnerships
Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. Soft Start Daily is an authorized reseller. We only offer products sourced directly from brand-approved distributors or the brand itself. Every item we sell is guaranteed to be authentic, unaltered, and factory-sealed.

How do I know you’re authorized to sell these brands?
We work directly with each brand or their official partners and obtain formal approval before listing their products. Our current authorized brand partner is Magic Mind, and we are actively expanding our list of verified partnerships.

Are your products new or refurbished?
All products sold on our platform are new, unused, and unopened unless clearly labeled otherwise (e.g., sample kits or tester items).

Do your products come with expiration dates?
Yes. For applicable products such as skincare, supplements, and consumables, we only sell items that are fresh and have a minimum of 6+ months before expiration. If you receive a product that is expired or near-expired, please contact us immediately.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Do you ship temperature-sensitive products safely?
Yes. When needed (e.g., for heat-sensitive creams or supplements), we use climate-conscious packaging and insulation to ensure safe delivery.

Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and real-time updates.

 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return sealed, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Can I return an opened beauty product?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless they were defective, damaged in transit, or caused an adverse reaction (see below).

What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?
If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at support@softstartdaily.com. While we cannot accept used returns, we’ll do our best to provide a resolution, which may include store credit or a replacement.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
Please email support@softstartdaily.com within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Privacy & Security
Is my personal and health-related data secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, PCI-compliant payment processors, and industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. Sensitive health-related purchase data is handled with strict confidentiality.

Do you store payment details?
No. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your credit card or financial information on our servers.

How do I know which product is right for me?
We provide detailed product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions on each product page. For personalized recommendations, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you sell third-party or marketplace items?
No. We do not allow third-party sellers. Every item listed is sourced, verified, and shipped by Soft Start Daily.

Yes. We are actively working to bring more brand-approved health and beauty products to our store. Each new brand goes through a thorough approval process to maintain our product integrity.
